“As I look towards our future in 2021, I am inspired and optimistic that our sense of business continuity and stability will return,” said Lewis Taylor during the State of the Chamber. “The commitment of the Chamber over this next year ahead is to continue to listen, to respond to your needs, and to take action and be your advocate and voice as we collectively work to improve the economic and physical health of our community.”

Prior to becoming the COO of Stanford Health Care-Valley Care in early 2017, Lewis Taylor lived and worked in New York, as vice president of operations at New York-Presbyterian/Lawrence Hospital. She is currently responsible for the operational and clinical care that is provided within Stanford-ValleyCare’s scope of services. While Lewis Taylor is a hospital operator at heart, she says her passion and energy come from her background in public health, knowing that the “services we provide have the opportunity to shape the broader health of our community.” She also recognizes that as a community hospital, Stanford Health Care-Valley Care is essential to the economic health and well-being of the community.
