Lucky California To Reopen Flagship Pleasanton Store

PLEASANTON, CA — Lucky California will reopen its flagship store in Pleasanton next Wednesday.

Shoppers can visit the store at 6155 W. Las Positas Blvd. to find goods and produce from Tri-Valley and California's Central Valley.

“It is with great pleasure that we re-open our Pleasanton store and welcome back our guests,” said Store Director Mario Guerrero in a news release. “We are proudly your neighborhood grocery store where we offer an amazing assortment of food and unique solutions, from staples to local and diverse flavors, all at low prices and all intended to make shopping and food enjoyment exciting again.”

Shoppers can visit The Eatery near the front of the store for options such as tri-tip, burgers, customizable noodle and rice bowls, comfort food and fusion burritos with Indian, Chinese and Korean sauces, according to Lucky California. Meals from The Eatery can be eaten on an outdoor patio or ordered via Door Dash, GrubHub, Postmates and Uber Eats.

The Drinkery offers coffee, juice, lemonade, smoothies, beer and Livermore Valley wine, which can also be enjoyed on the patio. Non-alcoholic drinks can be ordered on the aforementioned smartphone apps.

The Entertaining Island offers finger foods from charcuterie and cheese boards to dips, antipasto, salsa, guacamole, hummus, fresh herbs, fruits, veggies and more.

The Demo Station will offer interactive cooking demonstrations, plus remade sauces, sides, meal kits with premeasured ingredients and more.

The Meat & Seafood Grill will offer customers cuts of meat or cook it for them, made to order. Marinated meats will be available.

The pharmacy will continue to serve customers.

Nearby Lucky California stores in Livermore, Dublin and San Ramon will celebrate the opening of the flagship Pleasanton location.

Lucky California also made $35,000 in donations to commemorate the occasion.
