In Memory: Donna Garrison: Realtor & Longtime Pleasanton Resident
The wife, mother, grandmother and "angel on Earth" was a community advocate, active in film festivals and local charities.
PLEASANTON, CA — Donna Stark Garrison, a longtime Pleasanton resident, philanthropist and a popular East Bay real estate agent, passed away this week after a battle with cancer, her family announced on social media.
Tributes poured in on Facebook from friends, relatives and co-workers for the wife, mother of three and grandmother, who was a partner, along with her sister Susan Schall, at their real estate firm Fabulous Properties Team.

Garrison, a graduate of San Jose State University, was a native of the Bay Area and active over the years in such community organizations as the Sandra J. Wing Healing Therapies Foundation, the Ruby Hill Giving Thanks Charity Committee and the Livermore Valley Film Commission. Prior to her real-estate career, Garrison worked in sales and marketing at Microsoft.
She also was the associate producer on the feature film "Full Grown Men" (2006), and co-producer of "Planting Melvin" (2004), along with serving on the board and as marketing chair of the California Independent Film Festival .
Garrison is survived by her husband, children and granddaughter. No details on services were available.
