The annual Make A Difference for Pleasanton Festival is switching to a virtual, online format Saturday, Jan. 16, to again acquaint Pleasanton residents with volunteer opportunities to assist local, non-profit organizations.

Instead of gathering in person to explore dozens of booths hosted by non-profit organizations, you will be invited to visit the www.mad4p.org website to find ways to “Get Connected and Stay Connected” through community service.

At the website, you can click on the “Festival” block to access a list of participating non-profit organizations. Click on the name (or logo) of an organization of interest and you will learn about their mission, activities, and need for volunteers and/or donations. The site will remain active until Sept. 1.
