Pleasanton Police Release New Crime Map

Find out how to see which incidents police are responding to in real-time.

PLEASANTON, CA — The Pleasanton Police Department has launched a digital, interactive map that allows residents to view arrests, crashes and other incidents in real-time.

The map is hosted on the Citizen Connect website and is updated with new incidents as soon as a call for service is closed, the police department announced. Users can search by date and type of crime.

“The Pleasanton Police Department is always looking at emerging technologies that enhance the
transparency of our department,” said Captain Kurt Schlehuber in a statement. “It is important for us to share the work
we are doing to keep our community safe.”
