CHP Responds To Injury Crash On I-580
Drivers are likely to experience delays while crews clean up an oil spill.
PLEASANTON, CA — The California Highway Patrol this morning briefly issued a Sig-alert following an injury crash on westbound Interstate 580 west of the Interstate 680 connector. The wreck, which was reported just before 5:30 a.m., involved at least two vehicles and a big rig.
The Sig-alert was canceled around 7 a.m.
Two lanes are blocked and drivers will likely experience delays while crews clean up an oil spill. No other information is available. There is no estimate of when the lanes will reopen.
