Tri-Valley, Walnut Creek, Lamorinda Voters Pick State Rep.
A Democrat incumbent is fending off a challenge from her Republican challenger in the race to serve the state's 16th assembly district.
EAST BAY, CA — Voters in Tri-Valley, Walnut Creek and Lamorinda are deciding whether they want to elect incumbent state Rep. Rebecca Bauer-Kahan to her second two-year term.
Bauer-Kahan, a Democrat, is seeking to fend off Republican challenger Joseph A. Rubay. Bauer-Kahan held a significant lead in the March primary, securing 68 percent of the vote.
