Vic's All Star Kitchen Under New Management
Under the new management of Ernesto and Laura Castro, the longtime local favorite has introduced new menu items.
PLEASANTON, CA — Vic's All Star Kitchen owner Vic Malatesta has retired after 26 years of service to Pleasanton, but his sports-themed restaurant remains open under new management. Ernesto and Laura Castro took over the local favorite this month, according to the restaurant's Facebook page.
The Castros have introduced new menu items to the restaurant including the Chile Verde Omelette, Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich with mango pineapple sauce, and Coach Jessica Sandwich, which includes grilled chicken breast, bacon, jack cheese and sun dried tomato pesto aioli, the restaurant's Facebook page shows.
