PLEASANTON, CA — The Alameda County Fair 2018 opens Friday, and Patch and the Alameda County Fair want to give you FREE tickets! There's so much happening this season during the fair days at the annual Alameda County Fair in Pleasanton!

The season will kick off with the return of the cattle drive. The drive will once again feature cowboys, cowgirls, a big herd of steers, and fair entertainers. The event, which gives a nod to Pleasanton's rustic beginnings when it was called Alisal, is scheduled for June 15th at 10:30 a.m. on Main Street.
