Missed the recent holiday happenings in Pleasanton, Dublin, and Livermore?

From TV30: If you missed attending this season’s holiday parades and tree lightings or want to enjoy them again, you can watch them on TV30. Relive the fun and excitement of the 2018 celebrations from the Tri-Valley cities of Dublin, Livermore, and Pleasanton. TV30 is broadcasting the holiday events that took place earlier this month at various times throughout the holiday season (see schedule) and all day long on Christmas Day.

"The holiday celebrations that we record and broadcast represent hours of planning by those in charge of organizing them and the participants,” said Melissa Tench-Stevens, Executive Director at TVCTV. "We consider these events one of the main things we cover all year that highlight community spirit." The events may be viewed on Comcast TV Channel 30 and AT&T U-verse via Channel 99 as well as streaming live and via video demand on the TV30 website at www.tv30.org.

Kicking off the festivities was the City of Dublin’s 35th Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony that took place on Thursday, November 29th at the Dublin Civic Center. Seasonal entertainment included the Dublin High School Choir and the Youth Orchestra of Southern Alameda County. Refreshments were served as everyone awaited the arrival of a special guest from the North Pole. The streets were filled for the Annual Downtown Livermore Holiday Sights & Sounds Parade held on Saturday, December 1st. The parade featured over 50 floats, local marching bands, and light displays followed by the lighting of Livermore’s holiday tree by Mayor John Marchand.
