SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA — San Mateo County homeowners, businesses and nonprofits impacted by the CZU August Lightning Complex Fires are eligible for federal disaster loans, according to the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Businesses and nonprofits in Lake, Napa, Santa Cruz, Solano and Sonoma counties are also eligible to borrow up to $2 million to cover the costs of repairing or replacing real estate, machinery, equipment, inventory and other assets that have been damaged or destroyed in the fires, the SBA said in a news release.
