Deadline Nears for State Senator Jerry Hill's 10th Annual 'Ought Be A Law...Or Not' Contest

Tonight is the deadline for entries in Senator Jerry Hill’s 10th annual “Oughta Be A Law...Or Not” contest.
Gotta great bill idea for the contest? Submissions are due before the clock strikes midnight tonight, Friday, January 12. Entries may be sent by email or fax to meet the deadline.
Senator Hill’s “Oughta Be a Law…Or Not” contest is open to all constituents of California’s 13th Senate District and encourages residents to submit their ideas for improving the quality of life in our community and/or the state of California. Ideas can vary from local community improvements to statewide reforms. Applicants can create new laws or repeal / revise laws already on the books.
