Man Charged In Peninsula Indecent Exposure Incident

Deputies said they found the man with his shorts pulled down and genitals exposed in Half Moon Bay on Sunday.

HALF MOON BAY, CA — A Peninsula man was arrested on Sunday afternoon in connection with a misdemeanor indecent exposure incident in Half Moon Bay.

Jeffrey Graham, a 49-year-old Redwood City resident, was identified by a witness at the scene.

According to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a report of a man who was exposing himself in a public place at the 600 block of Kelly Avenue. They found the man with his shorts pulled down and genitals exposed.

Graham was booked into the San Mateo County Jail.
