Crash Partly Blocks I-280 Near San Mateo Monday Morning

SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA — A two-car crash on northbound Interstate 280 at Crystal Springs Reservoir shut down multiple lanes and caused delays Monday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The CHP issued an alert at 10:59 a.m., saying that the left lanes were blocked, causing delays. Minor injuries were reported in the crash, according to CHP logs.

The traffic alert was no longer in effect by Monday afternoon.
