Peeping Tom At Large In San Mateo County
The incident was reported around 11:20 p.m. Tuesday in the 2300 block of Howard Avenue.

SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA -- Deputies are on the search Thursday for an apparent Peeping Tom who was seen looking into a residence in San Mateo County. The incident was reported around 11:20 p.m. Tuesday in the 2300 block of Howard Avenue in San Carlos.
A passerby told deputies the suspect looked into the window of a home on that street before getting involved in a minor scuffle withe passerby, sheriff's officials said.
The suspect was last seen running towards Dayton Avenue. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to find the suspect, officials said.

The passerby was not injured during the scuffle and did not require medical attention.
The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic adult male, 5’8” tall and 180 pounds. He had dark brown hair, combed over and shaved on the sides. He was last seen wearing a white button-down shirt, black dress pants and black dress shoes
