Prop 16 is for Sacramento to paper over much deeper problems in ever worsening K-12.

Prop 16 legally discriminates against anyone of any gender, race, today or in future if such person belongs to a group labeled “over-represented” by decision makers.

The admission of hardworking Asian Americans to UC will be the first hard-hit victim of Prop 16 and everyone could be the next.

It is simply wrong to empower the government and public universities to force racial outcomes legislatively because this practice itself is racism by definition.

Vote NO on Prop 16 and demand our government and the public to find real solutions for the needed in long term.
