College of San Mateo SPRING classes are opening up SOON!

Please call the nice Admissions Office people on 650/574-6165 now
TO “REP” ( Register,Enroll, and Pay the modest fee) NOW for the
class(es) of your choice, while there's still room to get in.

OPEN TO YOU, OPEN TO EVERYONE. (Those that were unable to get in
last year are especially invited to sign up now!). First
come-first served basis while there's still some room. When its
full, it will be full.

Real Estate Principles 100 (Course Registration Number
32715)
is an excellent (and very interesting) opportunity
for anybody who's ever thought about real estate. It is very
practical and FULLY ACCREDITED
towards getting a RE license of your own (or college credits or transfer to
CSU). This course addresses some of
the most important foundational legal principles for success with RE!
This course will meet 6:30pmWednesday evenings. RE100 is the usual
first course in RE.

Real Estate Practice 110 (Course Registration Number
41585)
will meet 6:30pm Thursday evenings. SIGNUPS ARE
NOW! This course looks at the legal
and practical aspects of
making those famous "Super-Sized commissions"
in RE sales, plus some more promising RE career opportunities.

Additional advanced or specialized RE courses are also being
planned. CSM has been offering successful RE instruction for over half a century (and the
professor's been on faculty for 44 years, too).
