San Mateo County To Hold Vaccination Site At SFO

Drive-thru vaccination site will be open Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA — San Mateo County will administer first-dose vaccinations this week at San Francisco International Airport.

The county will offer vaccines at a drive-thru site SFO’s Long Term Parking Garage (806 S Airport Boulevard), county officials said.

The vaccine is free and available to any San Mateo County resident aged 65 or older, regardless of health care provider or insurance coverage.

The drive-thru site will be open Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Residents must register in advance and bring a photo ID showing date of birth.

No walk-up or on-site registration is available, and persons not meeting the eligibility criteria will have their appointments canceled and be turned away.
