San Mateo County Libraries Plan To Open For Limited Services

Libraries will have limited capacity and seating, and close for high-touch surface cleaning midday.

SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA — San Mateo County plans to reopen its libraries for limited services beginning April 22, including computer and printing access, materials to browse and WiFI access.

According to a news release, the services are the “next step in a careful, phased approach to safely reinstituting library offerings, access, and exploration.”

Libraries will have limited capacity and seating, and close for high-touch surface cleaning midday. Patrons are encouraged to limit visits to an hour.
