San Mateo Pastry Shop Introduces All-Natural Cracker Cheese Crisp

Pastry Smart is a San Mateo-based commercial bakery that brings organic baking to retail markets.

Have you been searching for a new tasty, healthy snack in San Mateo?

Well, look no further, because Pastry Smart, a San Mateo-based organic commercial bakery, has recently introduced their fifth all-natural brand, Jack Crisps, at the Specialty Food Association's 39th Annual Winter Fancy Food Show, held in San Francisco.

Pastry Smart, located at 1100 S. Amphlett Blvd., focuses on "creating and manufacturing organic and humane brands, bringing the organic bakery to retail markets."

According to its Facebook page, Pastry Smart "is the first and only humanely certified producer using organic ingredients in the production of pastries, chocolates and breads in the United States."

Jack Crips have zero grams trans fat, are wheat free, and use all-natural RSBT-free cheese, according to Pastry Smart.

The product line contains four flavors, including Just Jack, using its namesake dry jack, and Pizza Jack, containing favorite pizza toppings like Asiago Cheese, tomatoes, and basil.

Spicy Jack is a combination of spicy jalapeno and aged dry jack, and Manchego Jack pairs smoked paprika with the power-crunch crisp, the hallmark of the Jack Crisps brand appeal.

Will you try the new Jack Crisps?
