SAN MATEO, CA -- Officials said a major traffic accident caused heavy delays on a Peninsula highway Sunday. Drivers should expect congestion on state Route 92 at state Route 35 Lower Lakes on both eastbound and westbound roads.
It's unclear when the accident will be cleared.
