Brookfield GreenDrop Partner Charities Collaborate for Purple Heart Pickup

GreenDrop is making it easier than ever before for Brookfield residents to salute our nation’s veterans through the Military Order of the Purple Heart as they de-clutter and clean out their homes for the summer season.

GreenDrop, a company that’s transforming the way consumers donate their gently used clothing and unwanted goods, provides Brookfield donors with a clean, well-lit donation center to drop off their goods. Donors simply drive up to the GreenDrop at 15 Federal Rd. and have their donations taken care of for them – a safe alternative to suspicious donation bins often found in shopping center parking lots. What’s more, donors receive tax-deductible documentation and can choose one of GreenDrop’s partner charities to direct their giving to the Military Order of Purple Heart or the National Federation of the Blind. In 2015, GreenDrop raised more than $2.5 million to fund programs for our veterans and the blind.
