How did you come up with the name?

Computer Troubleshooters is a franchise name but we are locally owned and operated.

Why start a business in this town?

Brookfield has a diverse business climate with the popular Federal Road corridor drawing in people from many towns in Northern Fairfield County and surrounding areas. Easy access to Route 7 and I-84 make it easy for our clients to find us and for us to travel to our clients as needed.

What business are you in?

Full Service IT Solutions. We service everything from computer procurement, repairs and service, through installation and support of servers, networks, telephone systems and cloud services. We specialize in providing 24/7 service and maintenance of small business networks ranging in size from 1 to 50 computers. We also provide PC and Mac service and repair for local residents.

What’s the most difficult challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?

Advertising and location is not enough to attract clients today. People want to know they are working with a reputable business before engaging services. We have overcome this challenge by becoming members of the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce and local professional networking organizations like PCNG.net and BNICT.com

What’s been your proudest achievement since opening?

Eight years of continuous growth with very satisfied clients who we service regularly.

How does your business give back to the community?

Because we are a locally owned and operated small business in Brookfield, we support other small businesses through promotion, networking, referrals, and being personal merchants of their business. We also sponsor local organizations and events.
