How did you come up with the name?

My last name is Rzasa, and we do tree service and landscaping.

Why start a business in this town?

I was raised by my parents in Brookfield. It’s a gorgeous town, and I wanted to build a successful business in the town that I love.

Briefly, what business are you in?

Tree service and landscaping.

What’s the most difficult moment or challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?

Being a young business owner has been my biggest challenge. I started the business without a loan so I had to work hard for everything I have.

What’s been your favorite moment or proudest achievement since opening?

My favorite moment is seeing the big smile on my customers face after I finish their job.

How does your business give back or get involved in the community?

My company plows our local church for free and does most of their maintenance
