How did you come up with the name?

It is a franchise.

Why start a business in this town?

To us Brookfield felt like an animal friendly, family oriented town with very lovely countryside.

What business are you in?

Holistic pet foods, supplements and supplies.

What’s the most difficult challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?

The most difficult challenge was getting everything organized to start up the business & also being sure that we satisfy everyone’s needs to the best of our knowledge and ability.

What’s been your proudest achievement since opening?

Our proudest moment is when we have our customers return to our store and they are praising our products and knowledge. They aren’t just customers anymore, they have become friends.

How does your business give back to the community?

We are able to offer our customers special events, which we put on our Facebook page. These events are informative gatherings, some are adoptions, and others are special services at discount prices. We are open to all suggestions.
