Brookfield Democrats are inviting residents to participate in the first forum where Lt. Gov. Susan Bysiewicz will discuss COVID-19 recovery.

Brookfield, CT, June 7, 2021 –The Brookfield Democratic Town Committee (BDTC) announces its new Public Forum. This exciting new community forum was created by the BDTC as a means of keeping residents informed of activities and events that relate to our everyday lives.

Residents are invited to participate in the first forum where Lieutenant Governor Susan Bysiewicz will discuss COVID-19 Recovery. The event will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, June 16, at 7 p.m.
“As we begin to adjust to a new post-COVID environment, the committee felt that recovery from the global pandemic was an important topic for our inaugural forum” said Brookfield Democrats Chair, Laura Orban. “We’ll focus on recovery in three critical areas in the aftermath of COVID: the economy, healthcare and education.”
The event is open to all but registration is required. Questions can be submitted in advance via email or during the event.
