Candlewood Lake Authority Adds Ecologist to Roster

He will assist with outreach tasks such as writing articles for the authority.

BROOKFIELD, CT — The Candlewood Lake Authority has hired Neil Stalter in the new position of director of ecology and environmental education, The News Times has reported.

Stalter received his Masters in Public Administration from Columbia this year, and a B.S. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Rochester in 2017. He writes an environmental awareness blog for Zoom Out Mycology, an environmental sustainability organization based in Newark, NJ.

Stalter will assist with outreach tasks such as writing articles for the authority.
