'Discovering We Had a Daughter:' Brookfield Father's Day Photo

BROOKFIELD, NY — Father's Day 2018 is right around the corner, and we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across Connecticut to share their dads with our community!

Brookfield resident and Patch reader Jackie Moros shared this sweet photo of her husband with their newborn daughter:

" It will be a very special Father's Day for him as it will be his first Father's Day ever! We welcomed our beautiful baby girl just last month on May 20th at 12:41 pm. We never found out the gender of our baby and one of the greatest moments of both of our lives was discovering we had a daughter. It has been so touching to watch him grow more and more as a dad everyday. I love the way he looks at his baby girl! Sydney will definitely be a Daddy's girl!"
