Flood Warning for Still River in Brookfield: NWS
The NWS expects the river to reach flood stage by 9 a.m. Tuesday.

BROOKFIELD, CT —The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for the Still River in Brookfield.
The flood stage for the river is 12 feet, and at 4 a.m. Tuesday morning the river's height was 11.6 feet, according to the alert.
The NWS expects the river to reach flood stage by 9 a.m. Tuesday, and continue to rise another tenth of a foot by 10 a.m. The river is not expected to drop below flood level until after 2 p.m. Minor flooding of the lowland areas is expected.
