Local Brookfield Business Passes Torch to Next Generation

The family business has been operating on Federal Road in Brookfield for over 30 years.

BROOKFIELD, CT — Stormwater management solutions provider CULTEC, Inc. will be handing over the management reins to the next generation.

Bob DiTullio, Sr., who has run his family business on Federal Road in Brookfield for over 30 years, is turning that responsibility over to his son. Bob DiTullio, Jr. joins the CULTEC management team as president, alongside his sister, Gina DiTullio Carolan, COO/CMO; and longtime CULTEC veteran Fred Dotson, director of sales.

"I'm excited to carry on the legacy that my father built when he founded CULTEC all those years ago," said DiTullio, Jr. "Over the years, we’ve grown exponentially into an international business while still keeping close to our core values. This has allowed us to be a great partner to both our customers and our community – and we will continue to be so."

CULTEC has supported many athletic teams, food drives, animal rescues and other local charities over the life of the business. DiTullio, Jr. plans to deepen the company's community partnerships.

In addition to their local philanthropic commitments, CULTEC has also been the presenting sponsor for the Connecticut St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer since 2011. The company also raises funds for medical research for Vanishing White Matter, a rare degenerative brain disease with no known cure, by working with the VWM Families Foundation.
