'Make Your Own Pizza' Shop Coming To Brookfield
Got a hankering for a Gorgonzola pie with artichokes, jalapeños, and cage-free spicy chicken topped with pesto? This place has you covered.
BROOKFIELD, CT — The restaurant franchise Pieology, which invites customers to "create your own pizza," is coming to Brookfield, according to the company website.
No date is given yet, but when it does open its doors, at 15 Federal Road, it'll be the second Pieology in Connecticut, following the one that opened in the Stamford Town Center two years ago.
Boasting of "unlimited possibilities," the pizza parlor's online menu includes eater-selectable crusts, sauces, cheeses, meats, toppings, and "after bake sauces," such as BBQ and Alfredo. Other menu options include two vegan "meats," one vegan "cheese," and multiple cage-free chicken choices.
