Deb was a sweet, thoughtful person and devoted mother, who loved working with children at the local preschool, Prince of Peace in Brookfield

BROOKFIELD, CT — Deborah "Deb" Ann D'Angelo, of Brookfield, and Corinth, NY was born on August 28, 1959 in Mahopac, NY to Margaret and Eugene D'Angelo. She passed peacefully with her daughter by her side on March 14, 2020 at age 60 in Manhattan, NY. Deb cherished laughter, joy, and love. She has been greeted in the afterlife by her beloved, son, Ryan Fenick, parents, Peggy and Gene D'Angelo, and many loved ones. She was an exceptionally kind soul who valued her family and friends above all else.
Deb was a sweet, thoughtful person and devoted mother, who loved working with children at the local preschool, Prince of Peace in Brookfield. She was a wonderful cook who brought love and laughter to every table. She was a creative mind who studied the Fine Arts at the University of Bridgeport and Mount Saint Vincent. Her passions included photographing loved ones, traveling with friends, enjoying music, and card designing with the Stampin' Up community. Deb was a dedicated member of her family business, Allied Steam Corp, completing thoughtful accounting work while studying Accounting at Pace University. She cared deeply about her community and found joy in volunteering at her kids’ schools, and as a retiree with Meals on Wheels.
Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her daughter: Evelyn Fenick, sister: Vickie Yakimetz, niece: Melissa Yakimetz, uncles: Henry Siegfried, Leonard Siegfried, James D’Angelo, John D'Angelo, aunts: Diane D’Angelo-Culhane, Dorothy D’Angelo, the Fenick family, and a host of other devoted family and friends.
