Road Race Results: Town By Town, Fairfield/Litchfield Counties

MANCHESTER, CT — Among the numerous "races-within-a-race" stemming from Thursday's 82nd Manchester Road Race, Patch has invented a category of its own: the top male and female finishers from each Patch town in Fairfield and Litchfield counties.

Only the first male and female from the town will be listed, only finishers placing in the top 1,000 were checked (there was no way I was looking up all 8,278 competitors who actually completed the 4.748-mile course) and towns are as listed on the official registration forms.

Top performers (male and female) earning bragging rights from each area Patch town (within the top 1,000 overall finishers), listed alphabetically by town, with overall place and time:

• Bethel - Sean Duffy, 308, 30:51
