Basketball League at Tuttle School

Baskets in disrepair!

Proud to be a parent of one of the kids that plays religiously every weekend in a basketball league run by teens at Tuttle Elementary School. All of the kids that participate are local teens and early 20s. Its is run by amazing kid named. Josh Dejesus. A local teen that organaizes the schedules, jerseys, score keeper and referees. The participants eagerly come down to the school every weekend to play including all star games and play offs. But the baskets and nets are in embarrassing condition. Could the town step up and help out these kids that are engaging in a friendly competitive healthy and non-criminal activity. We need to encourage our youth to continue to stay healthy and out of trouble. This league is a perfect example of our children participating in a positive recreational event. So please help out our kids by replacing these decrepit baskets! Thank you from a caring mother.
