Jener Silva, 27, of New Haven, was charged with home invasion, second-degree assault, and interfering with an emergency call.

David W. Butler, 49, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Gary Williams, 52, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Qashad Fields, 29, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
July 4
Nikolas Paul Bowlan, 24, of Waterbury, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
Jonathan L. Coburn, 29, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
July 5
Zaria J. Murphy, 25, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Jeffrey A. Reopelle, 34 of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
