Drive-Thru Flu Shots Available From East Shore District Health
The first of several flu clinics will be Saturday, Sept. 26 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the health department at 688 E. Main St. in Branford.
BRANFORD, CT — The East Shore District Health department is offering drive-thru flu shots. With several scheduled in the coming weeks, the first will be Saturday, Sept. 26 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the ESDHD location at 688 E. Main St. in Branford.
Upcoming dates and locations for the flu clinics:
- Branford Monday Oct. 5th 1pm- 5pm Branford Community House 46 Church St., Branford
- East Haven Thursday Oct. 15th 2:30pm - 4:40 pm Old Stone Church 251 Main St., East Haven
- ESDHD Monday Oct. 26th 2pm- 5pm ESDHD 688 East Main St. Branford
- ESDHD Monday Nov. 16th 2pm- 5pm ESDHD 688 East Main St. Branford
- ESDHD Monday Nov. 30th 2pm- 5pm ESDHD 688 East Main St. Branford
People need to come with an already-completed flu form which you can find here. Also, have a copy of health insurance card and wear short sleeves. Everyone must wear a mask. The vaccine is "available while supplies last."

The health department noted that the vaccine is:
- Preservative free quadrivalent vaccine
- High Dose / Senior Strength vaccine
- Nasal vaccine for those under 49 years without asthma or are immunocompromised
- Egg free vaccine
