East Haven Man Accused Of Burglarizing Business: North Haven PD
Arriving officers found the man trying to escape through the ceiling early Monday morning in North Haven, according to police.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — An East Haven man is accused of burglarizing a business early Monday morning in North Haven, according to police.
Police responded to T’s Alteration & Laundromat around 4:30 a.m. on the report of a burglary in progress.
Arriving officers found Dino Francis, 58, inside the building trying to escape through the ceiling, according to police.

Francis was arrested and charged with burglary, criminal mischief and possession of burglary tools, police said. He was unable to post bond and is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday at Meriden Superior Court.
