East Haven Man Smashes Car Window, Steals Stereo System: PD

MILFORD, CT — An East Haven man is accused of smashing a car window and stealing a stereo system and speakers from a car parked at the docks, 692 Naugatuck Ave. in July 2019, Milford police said.

Police said Joel Carney, 35, of Dell Drive, was arrested on a warrant on Wednesday. He is charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny.

He was given a $10,000 bond, police said.
