Chad Vincent Staples, 29, of 39 Estelle Road is charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Takai Bellamy, 31, of 106 Boston Ave. is charged with disorderly conduct and interference with an emergency call.

Kevin Schiff ,19, of 56 Hill St. is charged with third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a police officer, third-degree criminal attempt at burglary, risk of injury, and impairing morals.

Valeria Gambardella, 65, of 140 Willow St. in Cheshire is charged with violation of probation.

Carlos Tenemaza, 40, of 140 Fulton St. in New Haven is charged with driving the wrong way on a one way street, operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence, operation without license and failure to carry registration and/or proof of insurance.

Scott Reginald Macri,34, of 25 Peters Ln. in North Haven is charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and third-degree strangulation.
