• Shantasia Mabery, 22, of 63 Sheffield Ave. in New Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy to commit larceny.
• Jamel Washington, 42, of 36 Whittleysey Ave. in New Haven is charged with sixth-degree conspiracy to commit larceny and sixth-degree larceny.
• John Lipka, 50, of 26 Dodge Ave. is charged with operation while under the influence, passing in a no passing zone, second-degree breach of peace, and first-degree reckless endangerment.
• Terianne Caponera, 49, of Old Foxon Rd. is charged with evading responsibility, driving in improper lane, drug paraphernalia, and possession of narcotics.
• Joshua Clifton Horton, 29, of 19 Swift St. in Branford is charged with reckless burning and second-degree reckless endangerment.
• Meghan Miller, 33, of 157 Sturges Highway in Branford is charged with failure to obey stop sign, operation while under the influence, and failure to carry registration and/or proof of insurance.
• Robert Daniel Baldwin, 31, of 30 Linden Point Rd. is charged with two counts of possession of narcotics and one charge of drug paraphernalia.
