East Haven Police Arrests Include Larceny And Sexual Assault
All of the information is provided by the Police Department and all charges are allegations at this time.

East Haven Police Arrest Log:
- Thomas Furey, 58, of 26 Coach Dr. in Northford is charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
- Gerry Batson, 51, of 100 York St. in New Haven is charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.
- Robert Anthony Cordova, 23, of 23 Elm St. is charged with sixth-degree larceny, second-degree criminal trespassing, larceny in the first and sixth degrees, credit card, illegal use of a credit card, receiving goods and services illegally obtained, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
- Magdalis Gonzalez, 32, of 8J Birch Ln. is charged with disorderly conduct.
- Pascal Frank Lombardi, 43, of 8 Birch Ln. is charged with disorderly conduct and criminal violation of a protective order.
- Angelica Stiles, 33, of 6 Gerrish Ave. is charged with criminal violation of a protective order.
- Manuel Pandiguana, 36, of 292 Laurel St. is charged with sexual assault in the first and fourth degrees and two counts of risk of injury and impairing morals.
- Michael Sicignano, 39, of 251 Short Beach Rd. is charged with second-degree failure to appear.
- Scott Vaspasiano, 29, of 1 Gerald St. is charged with first-degree failure to appear.
- David Marchitto, 32, of 66 Sanford St. is charged with operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to display plate or insert, operation of a motorcycle without a license, failure to keep drug in original container, illegal distribution and sale of narcotics, possession of narcotics, and weapons in motor vehicle.
- Steven Edward Marshall, 28, of 68 Crooked Hill Rd. in Durham is charged with reckless driving, driving while impaired, and unsafe tires.
- Thomas Henry Connelly, 35, of 104 William St. is charged with criminal attempt to possess narcotics.
- Brian Joseph Pettis, 33 and homeless, is charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
- Kameka Latoya Garner, 36, of 365 Poplar St. in New Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny and issuing a bad check.
- Michael Richard Remette, 46, of 169 Rock Rd. is third-degree burglary.
