East Haven Police Arrest Log:

Jamie Welles, 28, of 29 Nicholas Drive is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Angel Solano, 41, of 110 Hyde St. in New Haven is charged with failure to carry registration and/or proof of insurance, operation while under the influence, driving in an improper lane, and operating without a license.

Nicholas P. Graveline, 23, of 163 Silver Sands Rd. is charged with failure to appear for a motor vehicle offense.

Jeffrey Monigle, 31, of 102 Robert Treat Pkwy in Milford is charged with operation of a motor vehicle under the influence and driving in the improper lane.

Juan Garcia-Ramirez, 32, of 83 Hellstrom Rd. is charged with no insurance, operation while under the influence, driving in the improper lane, and operating without a license.

Steven Douglas Regail Ewing, 20, of 164 Coe Ave. Apt. D is charged with second-degree sexual assault.

Edward Tuttle, 74, of 213 Thompson St. Apt. D is charged with driving under suspension from alcohol, operation while under the influence, and driving in the improper lane.

Louis Wordie, 48, of 98 Chartar Oak Ave. is charged with risk of injury, impairing morals, disorderly conduct, and third-degree assault.

Jules Andre Lussier, 62, who is homeless, is charged sixth-degree larceny.

Paul Acampora, 27, of 112 Sherland Ave. in New Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy to commit larceny.

Holly Ann Lewis, 23, of 5 Joan Ct. is charged with sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy to commit larceny.

Chantelle Strott, 25, of 62 Grove St. in Branford is charged with second-degree failure to appear.
