• Joseph Digirolamo, 38, of 36 Mona Ave. in Branford is charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
• Richard Briggs, 23, of 76 Girard Ave. in New Haven is charged with third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, risk of injury, and disorderly conduct.
• Antonio Aguilar, 24, of 81 Truman St. in New Haven is charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear, interfering with a police officer, misuse of plate, no insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating under alcohol suspension, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, and third-degree forgery.
• William Henry Torello, 66, of 131 East Grand Ave. in New Haven is charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
