James Alexander Downey, 31, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree larceny.

Johanna Gomez, 43, of New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

April 29

Andrea Moncayo, 29, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Richard Paul Bellus, 33, with no permanent address listed, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.

Daaron D. Wilkins, 34, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

April 30

William Dale Wilson, 66, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Francis W. Meeker, 53, of Branford, was charged with violation of probation.

Rubio Milton Jumbo, 38, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

May 1

Richard Rondon, 39, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

May 3

John Uberti, 54, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct.

Kaymond A. Quattlebaum, 18, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
