Randolph Gonzalez, 41, of New Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, fourth-degree sexual assault, third-degree assault, and second-degree breach of peace.

Abdiel J. Carrasquillo-Pizarro, 29, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Angel Lopez, 41, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
