Robert H. Ruggieri, 37, of Branford was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Nelson Vidro, 43, of Torrington, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.
Feb. 18
Michael A. Baroncini, 54, of East Haven, was charged with violation of probation.
Sean Daniel Naughton, 30, of East Haven, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.
Feb. 19
Dana Michelle Lucibella, 42, of East Haven, was charged with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and violation of probation.
Gary Lucibella, 54, of East Haven, was charged with violation of probation.
Feb. 21
James H. Hill, 43, of New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.
Pablo Arenas, 47, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Feb. 22
Shawn Michael Mariano, 32, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and violation of a protective order.
Robert W. Hastings, 43, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment.
Nicole Perkins, 38, of New Haven was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening.
Justin M. Bates, 29, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Feb. 23
Peter Matthew Barone, 48, of Newtown, was charged with violation of probation.
Javis O. Randolph, 28, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
