Kathleen Torres, 28, of New Haven, was charged with having an unsupervised child under the age of 12 in a public place/motor vehicle.
Brendan Goldman, 26, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
June 22
Jeffrey Crewe, 46, of Hamden, was charged with second-degree threatening, second-degree strangulation, second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
