Ahmidou Cisse, 26, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and interfering with an officer.

May 21

Matthew Dominic Accettullo, 57, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Eduardo Quinones-Martinez, 44, of New Haven, was charged with violation of probation and fifth-degree larceny.

May 22

Carol Highsmith, 66, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jimmy Denby, 25, of Hamden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

May 24

Susan Emilie Stannard,S 43, of Wallingford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

May 26

Barbara J. Addis, 76, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
