This East Haven Property Sold For $1.8 Million
The property includes six acres of land.
EAST HAVEN, CT — Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and Chair of Pearce Real Estate, today announced that Richard Lombardo of the Milford Pearce Real Estate Commercial office sold a 40,000 sf building on 6.0 acres of property at 110 Commerce Street in East Haven for $1.8 million.
The location was the site of Tek-Motive Inc., a business run by the Moalli family, who closed the business. Lombardo was the agent for the seller, Thomas E. Moalli the President. David Richards from Colliers International was the agent for the buyer, BHD CT Realty LLC. The principals purchased the building as an investment.
