EAST HAVEN, CT - An East Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in West Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On June 10, Kathy Briones, of East Haven purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition from Julia's Market in West Haven and won $10,000.
